My summer skincare routine feat B.Skincare & The Body Shop

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to another random post for this lovely month of June. I hope you are all doing fantastic.

I am flying to Barcelona very soon so I thought that it was about time I share with you, my cruelty-free summer skincare routine.

Here is what I use every day (pretty much):

  • The Body Shop – TEA TREE Skin Clearing Foaming Cleanser
  • B.skincare Hyaluronic Acid Facial Spritz
  • B.Skincare – B.Confident night serum
  • B.Skincare -Antioxidant Boost Facial Oil
  • Rituals – Organic White Lotus & Yi Yi Ren body cream

I start my day with The Body Shop Cleanser. I used to have an exfoliator thing you find for next to nothing at Boots and Superdrug but this foaming cleanser is actually softer and more respectful to my skin.

Once the first step is completed, I dry my face and move on to my moisturiser. If you follow the blog, you know that I’ve been trying out some B.Skincare products. I absolutely love them which is why I have also included the brand in my giveaway (don’t forget to vote).

At the moment, since it is hot over here, I use B.Confident Facial Spritz. You use it just like a setting spray and let it dry on your skin. Follow it with two drops of B.Radiant Antioxidant Facial Oil and you’ll be glowing.

I warm up two drops of the facial oil and pat the mix on my cheeks and forehead. I always avoid areas where I tend to breakout (chin and temples). I have been doing the same steps for about a month now and my skin has never looked better.

At night, after I’ve washed the day off, I apply B.Confident Night Serum all over my face. It’s thick with a very “rich cream scent” (almost grandma wearing some Chanel n5 like).

What’s your skincare routine?

  2. Thanks for sharing! Since switching to cruelty free I’ve had a hard time finding products I like, so I will definitely try some of the ones you mentioned.

I’ve always wondered how good the B. skincare range is and I thin I’ll definitely have to have a better look after your recommendations, thanks 🙂
