My favorite vegetarian/vegan snacks

I hope you are doing well.

Today is just going to be a quick post because I felt like sharing what I’ve been eating lately. I will post a quick and healthy recipe soon but in the meantime, I hope this one gives you some ideas!

I usually buy all my snacks at Tesco.

Holland&Barrett, Planet Organic, Boots snacks I bought were all impulse purchases. I don’t regret them, don’t get me wrong, but Tesco, and even my uni shop have some great affordable vegan/vegetarian snack options.

Eat Real Chips

I know that you can find them at Wholefoods, H&B and Planet Organic. I have seen them over there for over a pound whilst my uni food shop sells them for £0,49.

Strong incentive for me to go to ALL my classes.

Graze – Veggie Protein Powder

This is what I eat before the gym or in the morning when I am in a rush.

I have thought about purchasing bigger portions on Graze’s website but I like the ritual of going to Tesco, getting my bottle of water and my veggie protein power portion, eating it standing up on the sidewalk before hitting the gym.

Is that weird?

Seeds in general

Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, I love them all.

One of my favorites are the roasted&salted pumpkin seeds from Cypressa (bought them at Co-Op). I’ll usually have them in a bowl when I’m watching TV or hanging out at home, unbothered and lazy.


Olives & Garlic Vegan Cheese

To me, it is the perfect combination. Just like bean sprouts and spaghetti with tomato sauce, it adds something crunchy to the dish.


I bought the olives on sale and the vegan cheese at Wholefoods.

By the way, if you had the chance to try it, what do you think?

I have always loved Boursin Garlic&Herbs and this vegan dupe just tastes so good to me. 

My new favorite treat: Chocolate-covered Raisins

I love raisins and I love chocolate. But before moving to London, I had no idea that they made the perfect treat.

I believe that Prêt à Manger sells them on the side but the ones I have been loving are from Holland&Barrett: Chewy Milk Choccy Raisins.

  1. Great list of snacks! I’ll have to try the Graze Veggie Protein Powder. I like to eat dip vegan chips and veggies in hummus for a quick snack. 🙂
